Good clever football is great to watch but it is goals that count, it is goals that win games, Manchester United played excellent  clever football against a 10 man West Ham team but as I say, it is goals that count United had a couple of near misses but a near miss is as bad as a wide miss - they are both misses.

We had to wait the whole of the first half which included an extra two minutes and into the 62nd minute into the second half before we saw Mata put the ball in the back of the net  I miss that attacking Manchester United from those Ferguson times, United have some wonderful players but why oh why do we have to wait so long before we see any goals? so come on Jose lets get the act together and show those players how to get into being a super team again final score West Ham 0-2 Manchester United
